OCDMS is able to intelligently detect user agent to determine the most suitable page to be served using a single URL address only. CDMS supports HTML, xHTML, xHTML MP and WML.

Template / Device Management
Using device profiler, CDMS is able to serve different template of page according to the device capabilities. New devices can be easily added at anytime to cater for new services.

Smart Delivery
Different portal pages / different elements within a portal page to be presented to the user based on a wide range of configurable, rule-based access scenarios (i.e. Delivery Context): such as device capabilities, device model, mobile device maker and user type.

Standard Interface
CDMS supports multiple middleware and interface to various operators’ backend system. These interfaces include SMSC (SMPP, EMI, HTTP), MMSC (MM7), Charging Gateway (CDR generation, IN middleware) and other proprietary 3rd party interface. CDMS built-in HTTP WDSL interface also allows 3rd party application to be integrated into CDMS.
