Add-on plug-in and SDKs for multiple Internet IM communities
Beoware by default will enable a white-label, mobile-optimized XMPP standard IM list within the server. Additional SDKs can be easily plugged into Beoware to connect to external IM server. The supported server include XMPP, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, QQ, ICQs. Enterprise IM such as Microsoft Live Communication Server and Lotus Notes can be also integrated.

Fixed Mobile Converge Access
Beoware user can easily choose to interact via Mobile to Internet or vice-versa. Whatever interaction or transaction done on either channel will be securely saved and retrieved, regardless of access channel. Single sign-on (SSO) services are supported.

Multiple Application Clients Choice
Beoware comes with AJAX web thin client or mobile terminal client running on Java J2ME and Windows Mobile. The availability of these clients means ease and speed for integration and support while users can access the services easily across multiple channels.

Extensible and Modular
Beoware architecture is designed to supporting existing telco operator messaging standards (SMS, MMS, email) as well as new upcoming IMS/NGN standards in mind. New 3rd party modules can also be plugged in to create new services such as Instant Messaging robots (bots) for CRM, dating, or directory services.

Smart web/mobile advertising engine
Beoware implement a context sensitive mobile advertising engine, utilizing user profile such as phone type, location, social networking structure and time to determine a non-disruptive text or graphical advertisement.
